Mental Health Law

Founded in 2015, Mental Health Law (MHL) is a Canadian organization. MHL strives to educate, awaken and encourage positive change in our lives. Child Abuse: Rights, Society, Prevention (CARSP) is a project of Mental Health Law to fundamentally educate everyone about child abuse. It draws on several years of professional expertise and experience with child protection, family and mental health law.

The CARSP course is designed to make it easy for learners to understand child abuse and to make their own choices about what to do next. Highly engaging videos and texts, with or without sound, illustrations and some voice-overs. CARSP provides invaluable knowledge for everyone serving and advocating for children.
